Terms of Service

Using AuraPoints.world means accepting these terms. They are deliberately short.

1. What this service is

AuraPoints.world is a social game made for entertainment. Aura Points have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and do not represent any real assessment of a person.

2. Your account

• Keeping your password safe is your responsibility.
• A username is yours while the account is active, but we may reclaim it if it impersonates someone or breaks the rules.
• No automated or bulk account creation.

3. Content you upload

You keep ownership of your avatar and your text. You give us permission to display them inside the service and in the share cards the site generates. Only upload images you have the rights to.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• manipulate voting with bots, scripts or account farms;
• impersonate another person or brand;
• upload sexual, violent or hateful content, or anything identifying a minor;
• post anyone's private information, including your own;
• use the service to harass a specific person.

5. Moderation

We may hide a profile, remove an avatar, close a battle, correct a fraudulent score or suspend an account. We'll be proportionate where we reasonably can, but we are not obliged to keep content that breaks these rules.

6. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. This is a small project; there will be downtime, bugs and changes. We don't guarantee continuous availability or indefinite data retention.

7. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date below.
